This form is used to meet the conditions set by the SAB in the approval notice for the SuDS application.
Ensure you provide accurate information on the form. This helps the SAB assess the condition being discharged.

Full application form
Use the link below to access the relevant forms for proposed sustainable drainage systems. This process is separate from the planning application.
'No work can commence on site until such time that SAB approval has been granted'
To make a full application, use the link marked "full application" below. Once you submit a valid full application, no more information will be requested.
Missing information may delay validation or cause refusal.
If the information is not enough, the SAB will refuse the application after 7 weeks, or 12 weeks if an EIA is needed.
