Community based counselling
We provide support to children and young people aged 5 - 25 who are:
- often absent from school
- disengaged with school, work, or training
Counselling sessions
Community counselling is available depending on age and understanding of the process.
All counselling sessions are usually face to face, but there may be times when this is not possible.
If we can't arrange a face to face session, we will explore other ways of communication. This could be through Microsoft Teams or telephone support.
The counsellor will not share anything discussed at the session with staff members, friends or family members, unless:
- you ask them too
- they feel you or others are at risk
