Who we support
Our service is part of the Additional Learning Needs Support Service (ALNSS). We work with:
- children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN)
- parents and carers
What we do
We provide impartial advice and information on ALN issues, including:
- the Individual Development Plan (IDP) assessment process
- what to do if a disagreement arises
- transition advice and support
We adopt a person centred approach to ensure everyone takes part in:
- the decision making process
- sharing their views and wishes

We offer this service by:

- face to face meetings at an agreed setting
