Advice and support for parents and carers

The NPT Inclusion Service is made up of a number of services. We provide support for vulnerable learners, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

Who we support

Advice and support is available to parents and carers of children and young people who:

  • are home educated
  • attend a mainstream school
  • attend a specialist learning support centre
  • attend a special school

Areas you may wish to discuss could include:

  • information and advice about the new ALN system
  • help to support your children’s emotional, learning or wellbeing needs
  • how we identify possible additional learning needs
  • the process of securing provision and support
