Missed collections
Waste collection update (25 June 2026)
Due to extreme weather conditions, our refuse and recycling collection teams have been unable to complete all scheduled collections today.
We kindly ask residents to leave their waste out for collection, and we will rearrange collections over the next few days.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
There is no need to report a missed collection in this instance.
Use this service to tell us if your waste or recycling was not collected on your normal collection day.
Before you start
- You may want to check your collection day
- We will only collect one wheelie bin or 3 black bags for those without a bin
- Items need to be presented before 6am on the day of your collection or the evening before
- We no longer collect textiles as part of our recycling collection service
- Missed collections must be reported by midnight on your usual collection day
