Householders should present not more than 1 wheeled bin for disposal (or the equivalent for houses without wheeled bins, not more than a total of 3 black bags)
Should excess waste be stickered by our crews, it is not considered a missed collection and you will need to re-present in your wheelie bin or within the 3 black bag limit on your next scheduled collection.
We no longer collect textiles at the kerbside as part of our recycling collection service. Please do not report a missed collection for textiles. Go to www.npt.gov.uk/recycle for more information and alternative reuse and recycling options.
Check your collection day
Before reporting a missed collection, you may wish to check your collection day. Here you can also download your collection calendar
Your collection day will be the same each week but will vary on bank holidays.
