- Monday – Thursday 9.30 am to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm
- Friday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

APPLICATION TO LICENCE PREMISES AS A VENUE FOR CIVIL MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Proprietor of Blancos Hotel and Restaurant, Green Park, Port Talbot SA12 6NT has made an application to the aforesaid Council for a Renewal of the Approval Licence authorising the use of that premises as a venue for Civil Marriages, pursuant to Section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and the formation of Civil Partnerships under Section 6(3A)(a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
A copy of the application and the plan accompanying it may be inspected during normal office working hours at the office of the Proper Officer for Registration Matters in the Legal Services Section, Civic Centre, Port Talbot and at the Registration Services Office for Births, Marriages and Deaths, 119 London Road, Neath up until the 16th March 2019 and thereafter at the Registrar’s new offices at The Register Office, Forster Road, Neath, SA11 3BN.
Any person may give notice in writing, objecting to a grant of the Renewal of the Approval Licence, with reasons(s) for their objection, within 21 days of the publication of this notice by writing to the Proper Officer for Registration Matters, Directorate of Finance and Corporate Services Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Civic Centre, Port Talbot, SA13 1PJ.
