Missed collections
Service disruption
Our waste collection service has been disrupted due to ongoing inclement weather. Our waste staff are out today completing their routes and working hard to catch-up on missed collections.
If your whole street has been missed, please leave your waste out and we will get to you as soon as it is safe to do so and we have crews available. There is no need to report a missed collection.
Due to the additional work, if your individual property has been missed, we will be unable to return to singular properties so please present your waste on your next collection.
Our crews work with and around heavy vehicles and amongst live traffic, this poses additional risk in poor weather, and some disruption may continue while collections are completed.
Use this service to tell us if your waste or recycling was not collected on your normal collection day.
Before you start
- You may want to check your collection day
- We will only collect one wheelie bin or 3 black bags for those without a bin
- Items need to be presented before 6am on the day of your collection or the evening before
- We no longer collect textiles as part of our recycling collection service
- Missed collections must be reported by midnight on your usual collection day
