Missed collections

Waste collection update - 29 May

Due to traffic disruption across the NPT network, our collections teams have been unable to carry out all of our scheduled collections for today (29 May). Further to the delayed collections experienced over this week resulting from the additional demand created by the bank holiday and the warm weather, we would kindly ask residents to leave their waste out for collection and we will rearrange collection over the next few days. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

There is no need to report a missed collection in this instance.

Use this service to tell us if your waste or recycling was not collected on your normal collection day.

Before you start

  • You may want to check your collection day
  • We will only collect one wheelie bin or 3 black bags for those without a bin
  • Items need to be presented before 6am on the day of your collection or the evening before
  • We no longer collect textiles as part of our recycling collection service
  • Missed collections must be reported by midnight on your usual collection day
