Delivery Delays (from 8th July 2026)
We are currently experiencing ongoing delays to some deliveries due to increased demand and stock availability challenges.
Our teams are working hard to complete outstanding deliveries and return to normal service levels as quickly as possible.
We understand many residents rely on this service and appreciate that delays can be frustrating. We would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding while we work through the backlog.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will continue to provide updates, as necessary.
