Overview
The Local Economic Infrastructure Anchor (LEI) programme invests in projects across Neath Port Talbot that:
- create stronger communities
- support local businesses
- improve local places
Regeneration Growth Fund
Projects must demonstrate clear economic benefits and support local growth priorities.
You may be able to apply for funding if your project:
- brings vacant or underused commercial properties back into use
- improves or expands business premises
- improves infrastructure that supports economic activity
- creates jobs and supports business growth
Funding can support a range of activities, including:
- property renovation
- green infrastructure
- renewable energy improvements
- temporary uses for vacant buildings
- property acquisition

Regeneration Growth Fund
Heritage, Culture and Tourism Growth Fund
Funding may be available for projects that:
- restore or improve heritage and cultural assets
- improve visitor facilities and accessibility
- develop attractions, trails and interpretation materials
- promote tourism and cultural destinations
Projects must show that they will:
- attract more visitors
- increase spending in the local economy
- support long-term economic growth
- strengthen the area's tourism offer
