Proposed boundary fence at Baglan RFC
Neath Port Talbot Council is carrying out an impact assessment to help us understand how a proposal to allow Baglan Rugby Football Club to erect a fence around the rugby pitch might affect people in our communities.
The purpose of this survey is to gather views and evidence from residents, community members, and users of the area. Your feedback will help the council:
- identify any positive or negative impacts of the proposal
- understand how different groups of people might be affected
- make sure that decisions are fair, inclusive, and compliant with the Equality Act 2010.
Background information, together with plans of the location of the fence can be seen at the start of the questionnaire, however, before responding you might also find it useful to read this letter from Baglan RFC setting out what they want to do and why.
The survey will close at midnight on Sunday 4 January 2026.
