Revised Third Sector Grant Scheme
We are consulting on proposals for a revised Third Sector Grant Scheme, intended to be implemented from 1 April 2027.
The revised Scheme aims to provide greater funding stability, better alignment with Council priorities, a clearer and fairer application process, stronger support for organisations that contribute to community resilience, reduced inequality, improved wellbeing and prevention
The consultation seeks views on:
- Principles of the Revised Third Sector Grant Scheme
- Proposed funding model for the Revised Third Sector Grant Scheme
- Strategic Priorities to Underpin the Third Sector Grant Scheme
- The eligibility and quality criteria to be applied to the Third Sector Grant Scheme
The consultation will close at midnight on Friday 21 August 2026.
Proposed Dog Control Order (PSPO) 2027 to 2030
We are asking for your views on a proposed Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to manage dog control in public spaces from 2027 to 2030.
The order looks at where dogs can go, and the rules owners must follow. This includes areas such as beaches and other public places.

Active Travel Network Map: 2026 Update Statutory Consultation
Neath Port Talbot Council is updating its Active Travel Network Map (ATNM). This map sets out existing walking, wheeling, and cycling routes across the borough, alongside proposed improvements and future routes.
