Anti-Racism Strategy

Neath Port Talbot Council is committed to creating a fair, inclusive and respectful environment where everyone is valued and able to thrive. Our Anti-Racism Strategy sets out our commitment to becoming an actively anti-racist organisation by challenging racism in all its forms, addressing inequalities, and promoting equity across our workforce and services. 

Developed in partnership with our employees, trade unions and communities, the strategy outlines the actions we will take to improve representation, strengthen accountability, raise awareness and ensure that anti-racism is embedded in our culture, decision-making and service delivery. Together, we can help create a more inclusive organisation that better reflects and serves the diverse communities of Neath Port Talbot.
