Filthy or pest infested homes can be a danger to health and a nuisance.
We can carry out an inspection if the home has a build up of:
- waste products
- rotted food
- human or animal excrement
- hoarded materials
- pests
Legal notice
If necessary, owners or occupiers will be served a legal notice to:
- remove rubbish
- remove or destroy pests
- remove sewage contamination
- clean and disinfect interior surfaces
- remove contaminated furniture
- arrange for necessary repairs to the property
