You can report a problem with traffic lights or pedestrian crossings online.
Let us know if:
- a wait button is faulty
- one or more lamps are not working
- crossing lights are damaged or not working
- timing issues / out of sequence are causing queues or delays

Trunk roads and major routes
Some traffic lights on trunk roads are managed by South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA).
Key SWTRA‑managed locations include:
- A48 Sunnycroft, Baglan (Junction 41)
- A48 Briton Ferry roundabout (McDonald’s)
- M4 / A465 Llandarcy roundabout (Junction 43)
- M4 Earlswood (Junction 42)
