Overview
Hywel wanted to work as a Transport Strategy Officer with Neath Port Talbot Council.
He faced a problem. Because of health issues, he could no longer drive. This made it hard for him to meet the job's transport requirement.
Hywel worked with Mentor Sam Peebles and Team Leader Neil Sullivan to find a solution.
