Pest control treatment
We offer a paid pest control treatment service for homes and businesses in Neath Port Talbot.
You can also:
- report a pest control problem not on your land
- request a telephone advice call from a Pest Control Officer (you will need to tell us your telephone number)
All our staff are qualified to British Pest Control Association standards.
Pests we treat (paid service)
The type of pests we provide treatment for:
- ants (inside premises)
- bedbugs
- cockroaches
- fleas
- mice
- rats
- wasps
We do not provide treatment for bees as they are highly beneficial to the environment.

Wasps
- bright black and yellow
- little or no hair
- typically 1-2 cm in length
- do not swarm

Book a pest control treatment
Visits require prepayment and can be booked online:
- Visits will be carried out during office hours
- For out of hours emergencies, you will need to contact a pest control company

If you need over the phone advice at this stage, you can request a call from a Pest Control Officer (you will need to tell us your telephone number)
Following a booking
- You will receive an email confirming payment and your appointment
- A Pest Control Officer will contact you the day before your visit to confirm the estimated time of arrival
- If you need to amend your appointment, details on how to do this will be included in your confirmation email
Cancellations and refunds
- You must cancel before the Pest Control Officer's visit for a full refund
- You will not receive a refund if a Pest Control Officer arrives for a pre-booked appointment
