Lifeline packages
Overview
We currently offer four packages:
You can choose a level of support that suits you. If you are unsure which package meets your need, contact us.
A one-off set up charge of £36-£46 will also apply, except for Lifeline Extra (which is a financially assessed service).
Key safe
All packages can come with a key safe for an extra one-off cost of £31.50. The key safe code is held on a secure system and is only issued to the emergency services if needed.
Lifeline
This consists of a Lifeline unit and pendant.
Cost
£3.68 per week plus set up fee of £36.75.
Lifeline Mobile
This consists of a Mobile Lifeline unit.
Cost
£4.46 per week plus set up fee of £36.75.
Lifeline Plus
This package has two options. The cost is the same for both.
In-home safety
This option consists of:
- Lifeline unit
- pedant
- smoke detector
- carbon monoxide detector
- temperature extremes sensor
In-home falls
This option consists of:
- Lifeline unit
- Vibby falls pendant
- smoke detector
- carbon monoxide detector
- temperature extremes sensor
Cost
£5.20 per week plus set up fee of £45.25.
You can swap a sensor for a key safe if required or purchase one for a one-off cost.
Lifeline Extra
This is comprised of a TEC Assessment and provision of appropriate devices, for example:
- epilepsy/fall sensors
- medication dispensers
- passive infrared (PIR)/motion detectors
- door sensors
- other bespoke solutions
- key safe
This includes equipment up to a total value of £800. Any equipment value above this will go to a funding panel.
