DPSS722 - Personal Assistant - 6 hours per week - Pontardawe
I am a lady in my late 30’s living in Pontardawe. I have Down’s Syndrome with a learning disability. I am very friendly and happy, and I enjoy going out into the community to do activities such as bowling, going to the cinema and having my nails done. I can be shy and quiet to start but I get very fond of people when I get to know them.
I am physically able in many areas but will require support on encouragement to remain on task and complete daily activities.
I also will require support with household tasks such as completing my washing and preparing a meal.
Sundays only from 11am – 5pm (6 hours)

DPSS561 - Personal Assistant - 8.5 hours - Port Talbot
I am a lady in my 60’s living in the central area of Port Talbot. I am lively and young at heart. I can be quiet when we first met, but I am very chatty when you get to know me. I like to bake cakes, crochet, watch TV and make cards. I have a learning difficulty and a visual impairment. I am looking for a PA to help me with going shopping and help me to batch cook healthy meals at home. The PA will help me to attend my Slimming World group on a Monday evening and health appointments on a Tuesday and to support me with accessing the community.

DPSS723 - Personal Assistant - 12 hours per week - Port Talbot
I am a woman in my early 70s living in the Port Talbot area. I have a diagnosis of dementia and, as I no longer have awareness of my surroundings, I need continuous supervision. I enjoy taking my dog for walks, especially along Aberavon beach. Before my health declined, I worked in banks, post offices, and as a tax inspector. I was also very athletic and loved cross-country running.
12 hours per week (2 hours each day, in the early evening).
