Ask for a review

If you still disagree, you can ask us to look at the decision again.

• Write to us within one month of the decision letter
• If you asked for a written explanation, the one-month deadline starts from that date
• The request must come from you or your appointee

We will review the decision and tell you:

• if we’ve changed it, and what the new decision is
• if we haven’t changed it, and why
