Levels of training
Formal courses are available in the form of:
- Level 2 - Award in Food Safety in Catering
- Level 3 - Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
- Level 4 - Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering
You should select a course related to the food handling you are involved with:
