By law, you must make sure all food handlers get the right level of food hygiene support for their job:
- supervision
- instruction
- training
Levels of training
Formal courses are available in the form of:
- Level 2 - Award in Food Safety in Catering
- Level 3 - Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
- Level 4 - Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering
