Byelaw for the Gnoll Grounds and War Memorial Gardens

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council previously published an Initial Written Statement in connection to its proposal to introduce and amend the 1975 Byelaws regulating riding any bicycle, tricycle or other similar machine in areas of the Gnoll Grounds and War Memorial Gardens, Neath, including provision for designating routes for cycling.
