As outlined in the Delivery Agreement published in October 2023, the Council had anticipated consulting on its Deposit Plan during November–December 2025, following the Preferred Strategy Consultation held between December 2024 and February 2025.

This consultation is no longer expected to take place as planned.

Although substantial work has been undertaken to prepare for the Deposit Plan consultation, delays in evidence gathering have impacted progress.
